Check Your PG&E Bill

Look at your most recent PG&E bill. If page 1 already shows a CARE or FERA discount, you are immediately eligible.

Not enrolled yet? Apply Online

If your income qualifies but you're not enrolled, go to pge.com/care and apply online. It only takes a few minutes.

Upload Bill as Proof

When applying for the $1,000 e-bike rebate, upload a recent PG&E bill clearly showing the CARE or FERA discount as proof of eligibility.
